Dear parents,
Due to the anticipated rainy weather this afternoon, Bryan Middle School will be conducting our in person diploma distribution in the auditorium. Please read carefully below for the most up to date information.
Arrival
-
Families will STILL report back to Bryan during their assigned promotion wave time slot.

4:15-4:45pm: Group 1: RED Group: Baumeister, Samp

5:00-5:30pm: Group 2: WHITE Group: Mangun, Johnson, Felde

5:45-6:15pm: Group 3: BLUE Group: Curran, Szafranski, Sweeney/Nunes

Students will continue to meet in the Gym as planned. Students should enter from Door 4 (next to the softball field).

Parents and IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY will park and enter Bryan Middle School from the Main Entrance and enter the auditorium.

All parents and immediate family members must wear a mask while at Bryan Middle School.

Immediate family members are only permitted due to limited space. Family groups can sit together in the auditorium.

We ask that families stick together and maintain a social distance from other families.

We ask that families do not bring balloons so as to not obstruct the view of anyone seated in the auditorium.

Parking will be tight. We encourage families to come in one car together. Families may need to park on the side streets around Bryan.
In-person Diploma Distribution Event in Auditorium

Students will enter the auditorium as a homeroom class. Each homeroom teacher will read the names of each student.

We ask that families remain quiet as names are called in order for each family to be able to hear their student’s name.

Tom Killian photography will continue to take pictures of students as they receive their diploma on stage.
Dismissal

Families will be dismissed by homeroom and will meet their student in the cafeteria.

Pictures will be available for purchase in the cafeteria through Tom Killian Photography for 2 for $20.

There will not be the opportunity for a family photo indoors, however, families are welcome to visit the outdoor tent off of Euclid for outdoor family photos. Bryan staff and PTA members can assist you in taking a quick family picture.

We ask that families exit swiftly so the next promotion wave can begin.

The Virtual Awards Assembly and Virtual Promotion Ceremony will be emailed to 8th grade families at 4:00pm. This link can be shared with other family members. The Virtual Promotion Presentation is pre-recorded including our student award speeches. Each student’s name is also read from their homeroom teacher.
