Dear Bryan Families,
We are excited for another opportunity to connect with our families through Parent Teacher Conferences. You will find the important dates for middle school conferences below.
Middle School Parent Teacher Conference Important Dates/Times

Friday, October 15 – Parent Portal opens at 6:00am

Monday, October 18 – Parent Portal closes at 11:59pm

Thursday, October 21 – Parent Teacher Conferences 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM

Friday, October 22 – Parent Teacher Conferences 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM*

*No school for MS students only

Before we open the conference signup portal for families at 6:00am on Friday, October 15th, we wanted to send out instructions to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to have their account ready to go. This year you will have the option if you would like your conferences to be in person or remote.

If you choose in person conferences please be prompt, honor time limits, and all visitors must wear a mask.

If you choose remote conferences, each appointment will have a zoom link attached to it. When families click on the link, they will be placed in a waiting room. At your assigned time, the teacher will admit you to the conference. We ask that you name yourself within zoom in a way that makes it easier for the teachers to identify you. For example, your Zoom name should look something like this: William (Jennifer S’s Dad).
