JOIN THE PTA THIS YEAR!
You can now join and pay your Membership through MemberHub. No paper forms to fill out and pay by credit card. Click HERE.
Again this year, Bryan Middle School PTA will be offering our School Directory electronically to paid PTA members. We will be using Directory Spot through an app. The app is very secure and only our paid PTA members will be granted access. Joining the PTA is only way to have access to the directory.
Membership does not obligate you to volunteer. Your PTA membership is important to us. We use those funds to help support many great programs at Bryan!

End of First Semester note from your PTA Presidents Jenn & Hilary
We made it through 2020! We know this year has been challenging for our parents, teachers, Bryan staff, and most importantly, our children.
As PTA leaders, we’d usually be reflecting on all that our small army of volunteers has done for our kids and Bryan staff. In a typical year, our PTA would have hosted and coordinated these things in the first semester: Locker Days, supporting the fall musical, cheering on Cross Country, supporting the various Clubs that Bryan offers, hosting a Fall Tailgate for our 8th graders and a Roller Skating Party for our 7th graders, supporting the Veteran’s Day breakfast and assembly, planning a winter pool party for our 6th graders and registering almost all of our 7th and 8th graders for 2021 winter dance class. We’d be proud of how we’ve been able to welcome our 6th grade families into Bryan and eager to start planning how we will partner with school to celebrate our 8th graders as they start their last semester at Bryan. But of course, 2020 has been anything but typical.
As we head into the holidays, we’d like to celebrate and recognize what we HAVE been able to do since the pandemic started: hosted a night for incoming 6th families last spring to welcome them to Bryan, made our graduating 8th graders feel special with yard signs and decorations on diploma pickup, assembled and distributed all the kids’ school supplies, sold spiritwear, welcomed our teachers back to the buildings, hosted York counselors and York Parent information nights for our 8th grade families as they transition to York, supported Bryan staff with prizes to award positive student behaviors, registered over 50% of our school families as members of the PTA, sent out dozens of newsletters, sent out a survey to understand current views in order to provide decision makers with the most current information, planned new, creative fundraisers, and worked tirelessly together as an Executive Board with Ms. Discipio to support and advocate for our families. Our PTA activities will continue to evolve in the second semester so we can support and celebrate our school community as safely as possible.
We hope you and your family take a minute to be grateful for all that we have accomplished and most importantly, enjoy winter break with your tweens and teens. Hug your middle schooler and congratulate them for their grit and tenacity this semester. Thank a teacher or staff member for going above and beyond in 2020. Behind the scenes, our Executive Board will keep advocating for our children and families while rooting for a better 2021!

student directory and PTA mEMbership
DirectorySpot, our online student directory, has been updated for this school year! Access to the directory is exclusive to those who join the PTA and if you haven’t joined yet, there is still time. To join, log into Bryan’s PTA membership store and select the membership that is right for your family. Click HERE to access Memberhub. We will be checking weekly for new members and then will grant access to DirectorySpot accordingly.
For those who have already joined the PTA, please check your family’s information in DirectorySpot. The information that was used for the directory came directly from what each family provided when registering for this school year. If any of your personal information has changed, feel free to email Jen Langley at email@example.com to request changes. Please note that information changes will only be made to the Bryan directory. Please contact the district directly if you need any information changed there. Any other directory or membership questions may also be directed to Jen. You should have received an email recently with instructions on how to access to DirectorySpot.
