Membership Form

There are TWO ways to join:

You can now join and pay your Membership through MemberHub. No paper forms to fill out and pay by credit card.  Click here.

If you prefer to pay by check, membership form link is above. Instructions for mailing them are on the form or your student turn them into their Seminar teacher. You can also sign up at Jump Start Day.

Again this year, Bryan Middle School PTA will be offering our School Directory electronically to paid PTA members. We will be using Directory Spot through an app. The app is very secure and only our paid PTA members will be granted access. Hardcopy of the directory are available for purchase and will only be distributed to those that purchase one.

Membership does not obligate you to volunteer. Your PTA membership is important to us.  We use those funds to help support many great programs at Bryan!

Bryan Incoming 6th Grade Families Parent to Parent Info

The Bryan PTA hosted a Parent Panel Zoom meeting with over 75 participants on Thursday May 7th. Here is the document shared and discussed with lots of tips and links.

School Supplies

Although it feels early to be thinking about the next school year, especially because we haven’t finished managing the current one, it is now time to order school supplies.  New this year is a ship to home option! Please CLICK HERE to order your supplies (cleaning supplies as well as pencils are included!)

If your child needs a new gym uniform, please visit Viking Awards.

Spirit Wear

If you ordered spirit wear in March, those orders have arrived. Cara Wilkins will be delivering to homes (thank you Cara!). Per our normal schedule, our next Spirit Wear sale will be in the back-to-school timeframe.

1st Day School Supplies (our online school supply vendor) does have an option to order some Bryan spirit wear before you check out.

Celebrating our 8th Grade Students

Thanks to the donations from our generous Bryan community, the PTA was able to order a yard sign for every 8th grade student. All signs were delivered to homes via contactless delivery from our amazing PTA volunteers. Thank you to those helping deliver the signs.

We hope the Class of 2024 knows they will always hold a special place in Our Bryan Family.

PTA Recognition and Gratitude

The PTA would like to thank the PTA Board who served this school year and are grateful they are all returning! We would also like to thank the many parents who volunteered as committee chairs for the 2019-20 school year. We couldn't do it without our wonderful Bryan family.

The PTA would like to thank the Bryan community for a successful online auction to help raise funds in lieu of the Treasure Hunt!

D205 Foundation Community Response Fund

In response to the the COVID-19 outbreak, the D205 Foundation has launched a Community Impact Fund. With your philanthropic support, this fund will allow the Foundation to rapidly deploy flexible resources to Elmhurst schools and community based organizations who are at the front lines of the COVID-19 outbreak.  We recognize in this time of uncertainty, that some people are looking for ways to stay connected and involved in our vibrant and strong community. It is the Foundation's intention to give Elmhurst residents a safe and effective way to directly support the unique needs of our students and their families.

The D205 Foundation's COVID-19 Community Response Fund will provide grant funding in three critical areas:

1) Food security for D205 students & their families

2) e-learning resources & materials

3) D205 family support and gap funding

The D205 Foundation board members will work in concert with the D205 Administrators and Board of Education members to determine the areas of greatest need.   The D205 Foundation has already donated $15,000 worth of chromebook chargers and hotspots to help support eLearning in our community. Our Bryan PTA also donated $500 to this fund today.

100% of every donation will be directed toward these initiatives. As the Foundation makes grants in the coming days and weeks, board members will share the ways in which your dollars are making a difference. For more information, and to make a donation, visit HERE.
